Artist Focus: Farzaneh Afshari

Farzaneh Afshari is a young Persian artist who is a BA graduate of painting. Considering surreal space and considering human relationships, humor and bitterness in creating characters are evident in her art. Participation in several national and international biennials and participation in several group exhibitions are some of her artistic activities.
Studying ancient literature and surveying Persian folklore and her passion for literature are among her interests to explore new words. She has transformed the temperaments of humans into her imaginative images and mixed them in a surreal world that ended up in unique artworks that mesmerizes the viewers.
