Hadi Kazemi through the university and education in the field of art, gradually become familiar with the world of cartoons. In this way, studying the works of such masters as “Kambiz Drmbkhsh”, “Bahman Abdi” and even foreign artists would leads his mind more than the past, towards the world of Cartoons. Hadi is created some cartoons in the field of press and publication and the presence in local publication of mazandaran province, and also widely cooperate with “ hamshahri “ newspaper are a part of his important activities. This artist believes that the development status of cartoons in mazandaran province isn’t satisfactory and also, in some cases declares that the situation of cartoon in this province id going to worse condition.
